What: 5-week, 10 session Speed and agility training by coach Jason Tollefson
When: November 11 – December 14. Options for schedules listed below.
Where: Gilbert – Baseline and Val Vista
Who: Children aged 7-14
Your child will go through a 5-week camp that will help them master body mechanics and increase muscle response time, speed and agility. This will work for a child in any sport. Each session is 60-90 minutes. Your child will greatly improve on all levels after this camp is complete.
Mon/Thurs: (4:30-5:45) or (5:45-7:00)
Tues/Fri: (4:30-5:45) or (5:45-7:00)
Wed/Sat: (Wed pm) (4:30-5:45) or (5:45-7:00) and (Sat am) (8am-9:15 or 9:15-10:30)
*Children will need to wear athletic apparel and bring their own water*
